Overview Progress of Production Order

BUSINESS VALUE / REQUIREMENT

In some companies it is required to show progress of released production orders

In order to do this easily, a new function was introduced. With this function you will be able to create an overview of selecting a matrix type (Capacities, Quantities Numbers, Quantities Percentage, Scrap and Delayed Operation), a User filter (All, My Routings) and a Selected Routing No.

Settings

This Overview will help you identify production progress on each production step (based on Item Routing No.) taking into account the following indicators

• Capacities: Open, Startet and finished Quantity in assigned Work Center, Work Group or Machine Center
• Quantities Numbers: Finished Quantity in assigned Work Center, Work Group or Machine Center
• Quantities Percentage: Rate of Finished to expected Quantity in assigned Work Center, Work Group or Machine Center.
• Scrap: Scrap Quantity in assigned Work Center, Work Group or Machine Center
• Delayed Operation: Okay, when production start is not overdue and there ist already a capacity entry

The result of this indicators change if you set a User Filter (All, My Routings)
