| Reopen Production order | It often happens that there is a need to update production order posting (additional consumption, output or consumption correction), but standard BC functionality does not allow it, when Production Order is in Finished status.Reopening of production work orders functionality enables changing Finished production orders status from Finished to Released so additional posting to Production Order can happen. Reopen function also changes Flushing Method on Production Order Components and Production Order Routing Lines records to "Manual" - to prevent double consumption when Production Order is finished again.Adjust-Cost procedure will properly modify Output entries Cost Amount, based on correction posting after Production Order Reopen. |
| Suggest Correction Consumption and Output Entry | When user prepares journal lines for consumption reversal on Production and Consumption Journal, field "Applies-from Entry No." is not automatically populated, which causes costing issue. The functionality enables that Applies-from Entry No. field is automatically suggested when posting negative consumption. A suggestion is made by an algorithm that mimics usual user behavior when populating this field manually. Same principle is used to populate field Apply/to Entry No. when preparing Output reversal. Both functionalities improves production costing accuracy and user experience, because a need to populate fiels manually is reduced. |
| Related posting of Output And Consumption in Production Journal | Related posting of Output and Consumption in Production Journal functionality enables calculation of related quantities in Production. Functionality brings two ways of calculation: Calculate Output quantity based on entered Consumption quantity of main product ingredient. When Consumption Quantity is entered to Production Journal, Output quantity is automatically calculated based on the BOM structure (Output is Sum of Consumption). Calculate Consumption based on entered Output and Scrap quantity. Consumption Quantity is automatically suggested for all materials and semifinished products based on BOM structure.Functionality improves user experiemce. Production Journal is used when user wants to post Consumption and Output at the same time. Automatically suggested quantities can significantly reduce time required to enter all required parameters into Production Journal. After quantities are automatically suggested, user can manually adjust suggested quantities. |

Add buttons to show related documents directly from production order cards. On prod. orders, provide link to related subcontracting documents (Purchase Orders and Purchase Receipts). |

From the list you can Navigate to the related informations and use the Actions.If you want to check some informations or select Production Order Lines you have to select a single Production Order or use a Page from Item Card (Qty. on Prod. Order). But you do not have a List where use can see and select all Production Order Lines. With this Function you can easliy select all Production Order Lines with any Status for Report / Analiyses or Modify. |

You can select one specific machine or Work Center oder date. From the list you can Navigate to the related informations and use the Actions.
