Working with Planning Worksheets is used for checking demands for items and creating Documents that supplies these demand. These Documents are ex. Purchase Order, Production Order, Transfer Order. To use the planning demand for creating the document the Mark "Accept Action Message" is need to set = yes. If anything fits these mark is automatically set = yes. But if you use function "Carry out Action Message" all filtered lines are used for this function. If you want so select select or all lines you can use this new function.
Open the Page Planning Worksheet and use Menu Prepare, Calculate Regenerative Plan (https://docs.microsoft.com/en-us/dynamics365/business-central/production-how-to-run-mps-and-mrp). All filtered demands are listed as lines.
Mark your lines and choose one, multiple or all lines:
Select Bullet above to mark all lines:
Now choose Action, Functions, Accept All Action Messages
All selected Lines are Marked "Accept Message Message" = Yes.
To Unmark the lines, choose your selection and Action, Functions, Reset All Action Messages
All lines are set "Accept Action Message" = No.
